"Natasha Pearl Hansen is creating an industry that doesn't exist yet with her startup launch following her special release, My Break-Up Registry!"

- StartupGrind Lansing Inverview

Natasha Pearl Hansen began her comedy career in 2006 at Second City Chicago. Over the course of a few years she performed, wrote for, and directed dozens of shows. She found her love for stand-up in 2010 and hasn't looked back, performing in countless festivals as well as headlining and featuring all over the country and world, including a recent tour with Armed Forces Entertainment.

Natasha indulges in all aspects of comedy, finally producing and directing her first comedy documentary in late 2015 while doing a comedy tour in the Caribbean. She is an actress and writer for a number of upcoming series, formerly including the show 'Assistants' which she both produced and co-starred in.  She is formerly a regular author and contributor for Men's Health Magazine, incorporating comedic photography with her essays. She was a semi-finalist in NBC's playground pilot writing competition in 2015, which led to two holding deals with the network, and in 2016 she took home The Taste Award for her co-produced comedic editorial work.

Much of Natasha's humor both on-stage and in her writing focuses on personal aspects of her life, including her own failures, her family, and her engagement. She is currently shopping a number of tv series with her management team at Black Box Management, and her podcast "Future Role Model" is in it's third year with the Comedy Pop Up Network is available on iTunes, Stitcher, Soundcloud, Google Play , and Spotify. In 2019 she landed a self-produced Las Vegas residency bringing "Future Role Models LIVE" to sin city weekly (yes she flew from LA every week to headline the show!). Future Role Model is based on a series of books she began creating at age 14 and will eventually be a published book series...

On June 15, 2019, the day she was actually supposed to get married, Natasha recorded and self-produced her first comedy special titled "I Was Supposed To Get Married Today..." which was shot at her contracted wedding venue in Madison, Wisconsin near where she grew up. Recorded in front of a live audience of her family, friends and wedding guests, she performed only one take of the special to a sold out room, and turned the entire evening into an all-encompassing "wedding" experience for her guests. Comedy Dynamics will be distributing the special, and it dropped on April 20th of 2021 on Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video and more!

Being a complete tech and branding nerd, Natasha has created and curated her own comedy tours for nearly six years, partnering with brands and creating integrated brand relationships for tour partnerships, leading her to yearly solo sold-out shows in unique places such as St Croix island, and a tour across Scotland, England, Germany, Czech Republic, France, Spain and Italy in 2019. After working with one of her former tour partners at Tech Crunch in San Francisco in October of 2019, Natasha decided to turn her love for straddling the tech meets documentative entertainment line and began working on her startup, shortly following her 9-year split from her fiance...
